"As the measure of space is defined by physical (3rd dimensional) experience, it follows that the energy that can not yet be accessed efficiently within the void may well exist in other dimensions of experience beyond, or outside, the three dimensions of the physical sciences as understood through Newtonian world-views.

When the void of space, charged with multidimensional energy, is considered in this manner, it facilitates a shift in attitude and approach to engagement with Space. A world-view of space as emptiness and absence of anything will be prepared to utilise such space as a dumping ground with disregard for the impact of resonance within space. This disregard of resonance will also allow such a consciousness to employ such low resonance energies as weaponry, laser fire, weather control and satellite destruction as acceptable as an empty void could not be impacted by any effect. This is a very blind folly. Zero and the void are absolutely in the harmonic, fractal resonant dynamics of energy as unformed matter. Such energy is associated with female sexuality because it is wholly integrous with the dynamics of the womb of woman. The womb is the space from which life originates. The void is the space from which matter originates. The Sacred Cup, the Grail, is the space within which the energy potential of becoming is existent before taking on form. To inject the violence and destruction of war into space is akin to infecting a foetus in its process of gestation. This is against life, and any energy expression that is ‘against life’ is the only definition of evil (live reversed) that is of any value."

The Institute for Cooperation in Space (ICIS) is a 501-C-3 tax-exempt, non-profit foundation whose mission is to educate about efforts to transform the space-based weapons R&D program and war industry into a world cooperative civil, commercial and military space R&D and exploration program and industry (and other industries) without the mandate to weaponize space.

ICIS educates about the U.S. Space Preservation Act and the companion World Space Preservation Treaty. These documents can and will put a literal lid on the war industry while simultaneously allowing the civil, commercial, entrepreneurial and military space R&D and exploration programs to continue once the verifiable ban on space-based weapons has been passed into world and U.S. law.

We, the human species, can and must now move out of the obsolete earthbound paradigm and into a new space age paradigm, a new way of thinking and acting, where war will be no more, where this bill and treaty will turn former war related R&D programs and contracts into R&D that will produce clean and safe technology, products and services, with new jobs and training programs that will be directly applied to solving urgent problems of humans and other animals and our environment, alternative energy, sustainable development and our environment.
